Build your life consciously

Personal development coaching. I help you through the coaching process to  see the situation more broadly, holistically. To understand what you truly want, how what you do professionally aligns with what matters to you—your core values—and how to take care that everyday routine life is fulfilling and enjoyable. In a coaching process you will understand and become aware of your strengths—what to rely on—identify existing and needed resources to achieve goals and desires. A clear sense of your identity in a specific position, role (in private life or at work).  Overall, in a coach–client partnership, you will  explore your thinking patterns, metaprograms, and habitual behavior models so you can better understand yourself and adapt more easily to life situations, already knowing your “operating mechanism.”  I encourage awareness of the current and desired state. Erickson coaching is Solution-Focused method and helps if you feel ''stucked''or have dilemma.

In professional sports  Coaching helps ,through the client’s logical thinking,  separate emotions from facts. Common themes include fostering growth by specifically integrating the client’s knowledge into effective daily actions and the surrounding environment. Frequent requests are related to drops in confidence,  fear of making mistakes, joining a new team, country, group, or changing roles—from being a leader in one team to being the “newbie” in a new team—identity questions, role changes, etc. 

Team coaching is largely related to effective communication, team cohesion, building trust, openness, and other related processes, in order to create a safe environment where talents can be expressed effectively and the best possible solutions can be created through interaction. 

In sports, team coaching is closely related to shaping the overall atmosphere, clarifying roles and shared accountability, and strengthening team dynamics through trust, a common vision, and motivation. It supports an inclusive environment, healthy relationships, and a professional communication approach—using clear communication methods that foster active listening and understanding different perspectives. From an ICF team coaching perspective, it also helps the team build collective awareness, align around shared goals, and establish agreements and practices that enable sustainable performance and team achievements through cooperation.

In the health field I can support a client in implementing a healthy lifestyle, following doctors’ recommendations, because I myself am a medical professional, a certified physiotherapist. If necessary, I can consult on issues that fall within the competence of a physiotherapist/medical professional within the relevant certification scope. 

About me 

I am Ieva Pelše, an Erickson International-certified growth facilitator and team coach, as well as a certified medical practitioner and physiotherapist.

Before coaching, I worked with professional athletes as a sports physiotherapist for almost 15 years, and I continue to update my medical knowledge as a health professional.

But my true passion is professional coaching based on ICF competencies. It was a game-changer for me personally, both as a human being and as a professional, helping me live more consciously and know clearly who I am and what I want. It is a different quality of life. Knowing my core values and how they show up in everyday situations has also made it easier to make necessary choices. Overall, my life after coaching is more fulfilling, purposeful, and filled with joy and wonderful people around me.

I like to work with people who are serious about working on themselves, either as individuals or as a collective (in team coaching), to become the best version of themselves as human beings and/or professionals.
