Health coaching

Coaching session performed by a certified physiotherapist. If your goal is to finally start following the recommendations given by your doctor, eat healthier, start regular physical activity, improve your overall physical well-being or simply want your lifestyle to be health-promoting, then these sessions will be suitable for you. Classic coaching plus a consultation with a certified physiotherapist. These sessions mostly involve changing habits in everyday life, which means that it will be long-term work. 6-month cooperation is desirable. Minimum 3 months or 6-12 sessions, depending on your individual discipline, necessary knowledge, need for support, etc. Session 1x per week or 1x every 2 weeks. After 2-3 months, there may be a longer break between sessions until the client has achieved their goal and the habits have become sustainable. Individual approach. Lifestyle recommendations are based on WHO guidelines.
